Community Working Group


The Town of Poughkeepsie has formed a community group of volunteers to work in tandem with Town Board members to help facilitate the search and selection for the relocation of our Town Police and Court personnel.

Working Group Meetings

Periodic meetings will be scheduled for the Working Group to meet and discuss relocation plans.  Meetings will be recorded and posted.

Working Group - Final Report

This is the final report presented to the Town Board on Wednesday, October 4th 2023, by the community working group, This report includes four locations that the group suggested should be considered for the relocation of the Town Police and Court Facilities.
