Appointments are Walk-In only
Please be sure to have your completed Grievance forms (RP-524) filled out prior to your meeting. You can obtain a RP-524 form at the Assessor's office on the first floor, or download the form below.
Grievance meetings will be held in the Town Hall Meeting room on the second floor, the door at the far end of the 2nd level parking lot (the handicapped entrance). From the first floor, you can take the elevator next to the Assessor's office.
Please note, whether you meet with the Board of Assessment Review, or have chosen to submit paperwork, The Board of Assessment Review does not rule on grievances on Grievance Day. They will set a future date to meet as a Board (without the assessor present) to deliberate and make final decisions. Your supporting documentation is very important for the Board in their deliberations.

Important Assessment Related Dates
- July 1st, 2022 - Property is valued as of this date.
- March 1, 2023 - Assessment based upon the property condition and ownership as of this date.
